I’m somewhere around 5′8" but not sure, more likely the taller side of that. I currently weigh 130 pounds and on a bad day 132. I don’t want to starve myself, because I honestly love eating, and since I don’t really need to lose the weight I would definitely prefer healthy loss.
Each day I eat a small breakfast, usually with tea.(no meat) Lunch I eat a lot at(ditto the meat thing), usually I have a lot of pasta or rice and maybe a salad. I often eat snacks that are like just crackers in between those meals. Dinner I will eat some meat and less than lunch but more than breakfast, probably almost a full plate of food. Around dinner a lot of the time I will eat some chips or junk food as a snack or a buttered bagel half.
I know I should cut down on pasta ( D: ) and buttery foods, but what else? And is it smart to eat small snacks because I’ve heard that can help you burn more calories.
I also do 40 sit ups and 15 push ups daily, anything else I could add to that as calorie burning would be great, but I don’t know which would help most.
What should I change my diet to so I can quickly/healthily(as possible) lose 15 pounds?
What do you guys think about a raw meat diet for dogs?
is it safe bacteria wise? With or without bone? I have a tiny yorkie-poodle she’s like 6 pounds but loves to eat.

So…
I’m a teenage girl (14-16 don’t want to be exact >,<).
I weigh around 110-115 lbs and I’m about 5 feet and 1 inches tall (I’m Asian, just so you know).
I go to school (Monday til Friday) with the use of a vehicle. I seldom commute. And I usually just sit around all day.
I try to exercise for at least an hour everyday. 15 minutes on the elliptical machine, and for the rest, I do my own exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, etc.)
But nothing much really changes.
How should I do my diet?
1. How many calories should I intake everyday (to lose weight, of course)?
2. Could you recommend me foods to eat on a regular basis? *I heard that eating the same foods everyday could help you lose weight*
3. What should I eat and should not eat? (FYI: Asians love to eat rice
)
-Could you give me a list of foods and their nutrition facts?
4. How should I exercise? (Again, I don’t want to gain much muscle. I just want to slim down)

Is BASA LOINS FISH good for a weight loss diet?
Diet I’m on is just a 1,200 calorie diet with 3 hours of exercise everyday.
The fish is part only part of diet of course, for dinner with some whole grain rice and a salad.
Just wondering if there is another fish that is better.

Daily schedule of maintaining a healthy body? Need help with a diet & exercise.?
Im 15 my weight is 266 my height is 5′9 and I want to lose 70 lbs.
Daily Schedule -
6:00 am – Get up.
7:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – 10 minute walk.
11:30 am – Lunch
1:00 pm – 10 minute walk
4:00 pm – Dinner
5:00 – 10 minute walk.
9:00 pm – Bedtime
On Friday & Saturday nights I may be up untill 11 or 12 therefore I may sleep in about 2-3 hours late.
Diet -
Breakfast – 1 egg,2 strips of bacon,2 pieces of toast.
Lunch – It would vary but whatever it is it would be the serving size.
Dinner – Same as Lunch or something cooked.
1 – 2 glasses of milk daily.
5 – 8 glasses of water a day.
Exercise -
As it is winter the cold air bothers my ears. So I will not be going for a 10 minute walk after each meal. However during the winter I will be shovling snow.
As soon as it gets warm I will walk 10 minutes 3 times daily (30 minutes total) and I might half to walk a little more at 10,000 steps that is to maintain a basic level of fitness I will aim to take 12,000 – 15,000 steps a day.
My questions to you -
Is my daily schedule healthy?
Is my diet good?
Is my exercise reasonable or should it increase/decrease?
Is a egg a day healthy?
Is 5 – 8 cups 2 much water?
What could I improve on?

When/how to eat on days that I work?
I am trying to diet and find that I can do really well with my eating throughout the week. I only work on Saturdays and Sundays. Typically I wake up around 9 and eat breakfast and am ready for lunch by 1. I leave for work at 4:30. My mom cooks at 5. I get home around 11 and eat dinner then. Here’s my issue- I have low blood sugar and feel like I need another meal sooner than 11! When I am trying to diet, my snacks do not hold me over… not from 1 to 11 anyway!!! Most times I am hungry by 4:30 and I would LOVE to eat dinner then and just a little snack when I get home but my mom doesn’t cook that early- and in my house, you eat what is cooked. That’s just how it is.
So I always end up eating WAY too many snacks before work to try to hold me and then I eat so late and neither of those are good for me. I can’t bring a meal to work- we get a 10 minute break and 5 minutes of that break are taken up by walking to the back and using the restroom.
I feel like I do really well during the week and mess it all up on the weekends!!!!

Healthy everyday things to eat? -(after school)?
I have been lately contemplating about working out again. I believe that one of the many problems have that is hindering me from achieving my goal is my diet. I am very unsure what to eat after school. Often times after school I am very hungry and have no idea what to eat. I am not a very big fan of fast food and try to avoid it unless I absolutely need something to eat ASAP. More times than ever, I find myself sitting around starved thinking of what to eat and as usual, I come up empty with ideas. My question is, what are some very cost effective things a poor college student such as myself can make or purchase? Any suggestions? I love to eat greens, but salads I prefer to buy because I can’t make my own very well. I also am not a very big fried food fan or high sodium diet fan. Yes, I understand that fruits are good for you, but what would you suggest to eat for a meal and not a snack.
Is it bad to do too much excercise and a very strict diet?
My barely 18 year old sister started going to the gym this month, she is not eating a good breakfast, and her lunch has been only a salad. She does 3 hours of excercise at the gym. I’m not sure if this is healthy…

i throw up after i eat?
the past month i have been having a problem with my weight i blamed my husband for the longest time because i felt like i didn’t have the dream girl body he dreams of so got really depressed about it and couldn’t look myself in the mirror without being sick i put the blame on him till he sat me down and said hunny i dont have a problem with your weight you do. I started to really though about it and he was right but now still after i eat whats going though my head if if i dont throw up im gonna gain weight and its just going to take me forever to get it off i have such a big problem with dieting because i love food i could eat junk food all day long my freaking favorite holidays are the ones that consist with lots off food everone that knows me knows my obsession with food weight has never been an issue for me till 2 yers ago when i had my second kid im only 21 and im 53 i weigh 130 pounds but i feel like im 170 and ugly im so scared of gaining weight what do i do how do i stop how can i exercise with two young kids running around and diet and still eat im so scared its gettng outta control

I am eating porridge in the morning with fruit
chicken sandwhich with lettuce and carrot with 4 pieces of fruit for lunch
fruit for afternoon tea
and a meat based dish for dinner
Problem is I’m starving and my next meal is dinner in 3 hours and I’m going to the gym before that, it’s my cardio day today as well.
