What’s something I can eat healthy for breakfast and lunch?
Practice is 6-9 tonight. i’m crash dieting and so far ate…
70 cal. of ham, 130 cal. of a kelp bar
and dinner will be 160 cal. of chicken and 40 of broccolli
for a whole week ive fasted with little food; fruits and vegetables and and eggwhites for dinner. i loved this diet. but no, im not anorexic, I LOVE FOOD. but maybe what i actually loved was the control over when i would eat. I LOVED THAT. but now that im done fasting i want to know what kind of diet would suit to keep me in the shape iam in ; which btw, is extremely satisfying, IM SKINNY!! <3 and my face is skinny , ilylife. but i want to maintain this bod. do i have to keep the fruit and vegables and eggs diet for another week but with a high dose? my metabolism isnt used to meat or sodium anymore because i tried turkey meat balls today and im sooo bloated. so i should lay off the meatballs, WHICH ARE BAD FOR YOU ANYWAY.
what do you guys think?

this experience has been amazing, not only have i learned how much in control i can be of my life, i also feel light, healthy, energetic ( believe or not) i feel GREAT!
i highly recommend a detox to anyone.
I am starting this diet tomorrow, and I’m a little scared because I LOVE fruit. It’s awesome to snack on and it’s good for you but why is it not okay on this diet? What would be the harm in me adding it in? Also, do you have any good recipes for phase 1 of the SBD?

Im planning on starting to work out this summer to keep me occupied and to get me in a bigger, better shape.
I understand that I should be consuming around 5-6 meals a day spread out over 2-3 hours or something like that. Only problem is i don’t really have diet put together. I would appreciate it if somebody could help me please. Some sort of run down from like 8.am onwards would help as i wake up around that time. I eat everything accept beef.

okay this is what i do and you tell me how i can improve.
I don’t eat late and i don’t over eat. I run for about 20-30 minutes 5 days a week. I do my normal work out (sit ups and crunches, blah blah) I don’t eat alot of junk food. I love eating chicken (MY FAVORITE!!!). I don’t mind working out, so if i have to i will, i just don’t have the motivation and i run alone. Also i have a really bad knee so usually if i run more than 30-45 minutes i get a really sharp pain in my whole leg. Anyways im just trying to find some ways to improve my workout and eating habbits without going on a diet. I hate greens so thats why im trying to find a different way to lose weight without having to go on a all green diet.
BTW: i do eat lettuce, and im not lazy. So please only answer if your going to help me. Not to be an asshole. Thank you.

I have not had pizza in a month. I’m doing well on my diet. I had 3 slices for lunch and I’m thinking in another 3 hours another slice or 2. Should I go ahead and put the rest in the freezer or enjoy a little more. I’m looking for those who have dieted and know where I am coming from.
The thing is it’s 2700 calories for the whole pizza.. I already had 1050.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t eat that many calories in a day. I just wonder whether you can completely forget about calories and focus all attention on carbs or if calories still play a role in this diet?
