Look everyone, this is wat i’ve been doin, and today is my 4th day. I try to sleep alot,i try to at least wake up at 11. i eat Breakfast: 1 glass of skim milk with one fruit. then at 2 or 3 i eat like a mango and an apple which an apples fills u up and its really good, then. since am already full, its easier for me to wait 4 hours and eat at 6 which is the last meal dinner: a small salad with a lil but of salt n vinegar with eggwhites w onions(i love onions). or just tuna (the one in water) and then, this is the hard part at night. but for dat i been takin some pills called xadrine dat it doesnt make me hungry at all, which has been workin for me really great. and it really works. This is kinda like a detox diet…but its easy to do with those people..and sleeping alot, so i wont be hungry during the day….well i guess this for some of us who are stuck at home durin the summer…or if u work u can just eat a fruit every 3 hours. AND NO IS NOOOOT STARVING.

Erm. I don’t believe that was a question.
I adviced you better stop!! if you work, you better eat something like bread or rice in small servings if you want to slim down.According to what you described, it seems like you are eating lots of fruits.If you eat too much fruits you will have side effects too!Coz you are taking too much of a certain kinda vitamin and it will cause you to be suffering from other dieases!If you wanna slim down,try this instead: eat like a king in for breakfast,(meaning very nutritious one)
eat like a queen for lunch(you can eat more food which contained fats)eat like a beggar for dinner.(Coz this is the time you are going to bed )In the afternoon is the time when calories really burn a lot.It’s true.Tht’s how body functions!

But why are you doing all this? Are you trying to lose weight? If that’s your goal, how are you going to handle it when you stop taking pills and sleeping 12 hours a day?
There’s nothing in there about exercise, and that’s a really important item if you are trying to lose weight or if you are trying to stay healthy.
You’d be better off to get on a more reasonable diet, add some exercise, scrap the pills and live a more normal life.
