Can you treat yourself to junk food on a diet every once in awhile? Ive been eating really healthy but I miss some of the old foods I used to eat…as in pasta, burritos etc and I kind of want to go out to eat tomorrow! I work out 5 days a week, 3 hours a day. Do you think if I eat unhealthy and workout afterwards it will affect my body? And cause me not to lose weight? Or is it ok to eat junk foods sometimes?
