Can you treat yourself to junk food on a diet every once in awhile? Ive been eating really healthy but I miss some of the old foods I used to eat…as in pasta, burritos etc and I kind of want to go out to eat tomorrow! I work out 5 days a week, 3 hours a day. Do you think if I eat unhealthy and workout afterwards it will affect my body? And cause me not to lose weight? Or is it ok to eat junk foods sometimes?

Absolutely since Christmas I have been having at least 2-3 treats a fortnight (before Christmas I had one or two a month)
But I have managed to maintain my weight just as long as I work it off the next day or after I have eaten it like even if I have a muffin then walk the dog for 45 minutes I feel fine about eating it in the first place.
I guess its just as long as you don’t have a treat everyday and if you do you have a way of burning it off then there will be no problem.
Yes, that’s perfectly ok. My diet consists of chocolate bars, bacon, sausages and lots and lots of crisps, and I’m losing loads of pounds. You know my secret? Chew the things up-side down. That makes you lose weight, not gain weight, also, if you have big ears, it shrinks them. Hope this helps!
If your working out that much you can defo eat what you like, just dont go to extremes
Yes, you can. It’s actually healthy to have a ‘binge meal’ once every two weeks.
Well as your on a diet, i wouldn’t recommend eating junk food.
Its ok to treat yourself on occasion – just make sure you do it in moderation and don’t go hog wild….
