When I wake up I wait 30 mins and eat an apple, a banana and a some grapes. I wait 2 hours and eat another apple and banana. Then 2-3 hours later I eat 2 servings of vegetables which is usually hominy, peas or green beans along with a piece of meat that is grilled. Then I wait 3 hours and eat a cup of yogurt and a banana, then I eat the other half of my meal. Im basically adding a lot of fruits and vegetables to my diet and taking out a lot of carbs. I run 2 miles a day and drink around 70 ounces- 90 ounces of water daily. Will it work and how long till I lose 10 lbs? Ps, IM NOT ASKING FOR ANOTHER DIET PLAN OK? I dont need another diet, or a workout plan. Just tell me what you think of this one.
