When I wake up I wait 30 mins and eat an apple, a banana and a some grapes. I wait 2 hours and eat another apple and banana. Then 2-3 hours later I eat 2 servings of vegetables which is usually hominy, peas or green beans along with a piece of meat that is grilled. Then I wait 3 hours and eat a cup of yogurt and a banana, then I eat the other half of my meal. Im basically adding a lot of fruits and vegetables to my diet and taking out a lot of carbs. I run 2 miles a day and drink around 70 ounces- 90 ounces of water daily. Will it work and how long till I lose 10 lbs? Ps, IM NOT ASKING FOR ANOTHER DIET PLAN OK? I dont need another diet, or a workout plan. Just tell me what you think of this one.

it’s great! But try eating immediately after getting up in the morning. this increase your metabolism.Otherwise it is a great healthy and natural diet.
just don’t count on losing weight.You will definitely lose fat and most probably gain muscles,so your body weight may be the same or may increase.Weight doesn’t count,Body fat counts.

Actually, you should eat right when you wake up… if you wait that long, your metabolism will slow down. You are drinking too much water, though. If you drink that much water, you are draining out most of the nutrients you consume in a day. It is good that you are eating fruits at the beginning of the day and having a heavier meal later on in the day, its great for your digestive system.
fruit is full of carbs. if you are trying to cut carbs, that is not the way to go. do some more research and dieting.
Bananas are very high on the glycemic scale meaning that they quickly turn into sugar in your body. If you’re trying to lose weight, I’d cut them out of the diet. You need protein with every meal even if it’s just a little bit. You don’t have any with your breakfast. There’s also very little fiber. Fiber slows down the digestion of your food. Without it, your food digests fast, turns into glucose, which turns into fat while also spiking your insulin, and eventually you’re more hungry in a couple hours than if you didn’t eat at all. So eliminate the bananas and add protein and fiber.
i think it sounds good but youre eating too many bananas… bananas are actually pretty fattening if you dont burn them off after you consume them so I would suggest eat one banana in the a.m. and thats all for the day. I see youre doing this diet to lose weight but I would just throw out the scale and see your progress through the way you look and how your clothes fit instead. You may actually gain muscle and water weight but you will lose the fat. Good luck to you though! I wish I was that motivated!
it’s good, because you are eating every couple of hours to keep up your meatabolism and you are eating the kinds of foods to boost your metabolism. One thing you should do in the morning is drink a full glass of water, because it fills you up more and also think you havn’t drank all night so the morning makes up for it.
you realize you are eating 3 bananas.. one banana counts as 2 pieces of fruit.. so basically you are eating over 8 pieces of fruit a day including the apples.
you are suppose to only have 3.. and A LOT more veggies.
