I’m 18 and i’m a girl. I’m 5′1 I weight about 132 now, i’ve lost 8 pounds..some days i’ll weigh 130 but heaviest i weigh, is 132. I’m a dancer, so i’m kind of in shape but no where near what i want to be. The thing is, i HATE salads and i eat everything plain so i dont eat any healthy sandwiches with lettuce and all. so dont tell me to eat anything like that. but i go to the gym daily.. i havent been doing it that long though..at the gym, i bike for about 4 miles, run for only 1 mile on speed 7.5 (i can barely get through 1) then i use all the machines for legs, triceps,biceps,deltoid, and then i go to ab work..i used to drink sodas all the time now if i need a soda, i drink diet everything and water..i want to lose 30 pounds HEALTHILY. i want to change my lifestyle.

i love to eat. and mcdonalds is hard to get away from. i went about 2 weeks without fast food and thats when i lost 8-10 pounds then gained a few back but i can definitely notice on my body when i eat that junk..i need to mentally get myself away from fast food and mentally tell myself that i only need to eat when i’m hungry and not when i feel like it. thats my biggest problem is food.

another problem i have is being tired all the time..when i sleep in till 10, i feel groggy all day but if i wake up early like 7, i need a nap. can you help me with this?

WHAT I’M ASKING IS: haha. i need a good exact detailed workout plan..and eating plan. is grilled chicken good to eat?
