I basically eat what I want and what I enjoy.
-I eat Chicken, Turkey, Seafood, some Beef, I don’t eat pork.
-I love making Tamales, Beef Patties, I love some Oxtail and FuFu, food from my culture.
-Lots of fruits and vegetables.
-I eat cereal, oatmeal, pasta, rice, pancakes
-I have to drink soy milk because regular Milk makes me fart and my stomach hurts sometimes after I drink it.
-I’m not a junk food junky, but if I’m in need for junk, it’s choclate mostly, some chips…
-My doesn’t buy ice cream/sorbet that often but I always get a cup.
-I rarely go out to eat, I don’t eat fast food. But if I’m going out, I usually eat Sushi or Thai food.
I have a huge problem with my portions. What I do now is eat on smaller bowls/children sizes.

Yes, that sounds like a good diet. May I add, if you get hungry between meals, and in the evening, eat some dry cereal, like Cheerios, Oatmeal Crisp or Special K. Also, drink lots of water.
