		<description>3 hours of exercise is pretty intense. my guess is you&#039;re gonna melt off 1700 calories during cheering. make sure you&#039;re replacing them with something good.
protein rich foods like fish, beef, chicken, turkey,
get more carbs than a regular dieter because you&#039;re doing athletic things and need them. 50/35/15 is my measure. where the 50 is % of diet from protein, 35 % from carbs and 15% or less from fats. the fats should be vegetable fats and fish oils. if you&#039;re eating fish like flounder and salmon, you&#039;re getting them. your body doesnt get &quot;fat&quot; from these fats, it gets healthier. you&#039;ve heard of Omega 3s, that&#039;s them.

oh and dont buy an ACAI berry, it&#039;s crap, it does nothing, it&#039;s a scam to make vitamin retailers richer.</description>
