I am 17 and I have a healthy weight. I`m just trying to be as healthy as possible. Here is a overview of what I do and do not eat: I never drink soda and rarely eat sweets, I love vegetables, and I love breads. I try to eat low-fat foods and fruits and vegetables throughout the day. A typical eating plan for me is as follows: For breakfast I have natural cereal, Lunch is a tunafish sandwich with a veggie, fruit, and glass of milk, and Dinner is pasta/meat with a veggie, fruit, and glass of juice. Occasionally I will have something bad like ice cream. Most of the time I eat healthy, though. I usually eat whole-wheat pasta and I always check food labels. I tend to take in too much sodium, though, because I love vegetables and pasta sauce. I would say that I get a ton of fiber. What can happen if you have too much fiber? If you are mainly eating healthy and allowing yourself one occasional fattening thing, then how often would "occasional" be? Is there anything else I can do for my diet?
