I’m actually considering it. I’m 17 and around 140 lbs and I LOVE eating. It’s awful, and I eat the worst things. Lately, though, I’ve been dieting by eating less and nothing after 8 and healthier things.
I only read briefly about the Master Cleanse diet from this site:

Not only do I want to lose inches, but I’d love a detox and restoration, as I just FEEL unhealthy.

So I’m asking if you’ve tried it, successfully or not, for ANY information about it. Tips, what I might be able to eat that won’t interfere, guidance, preperation and aftermath.

Also I need to keep in mind that I’m a full time student and work where I’m on my feet the whole shift and need to be alert.
