I love this lifestyle i would never go back to eating meat, but I’m a super super picky person. It seems the only thing i ever eat is junk. I know i will end up very sick if i dont change my diet. I hate milk eggs beans pretty much anything good for you. Please tell me what kind of vitamins i should take and what foods are good for vegetarians.

So what do you eat then?
I hope you’re aware that foods such as lollies, cream, some chocolates etc contain gelatine and lecithin which is derived from the marrow of cows and other such animals so if your a vegetarian for ethical reasons that would eliminate all those foods for you too.
Im a vegetarian also. have you tried the fake meat and chicken alternatines.
Eggs, baked beans are high in protein aswell.
Im no Gp but i’d reccomend you take an iron supplement so your body can keep up with you.
Vitamin supplements are just that – a supplement. They are not meant to replace large deficits in your diet. Vitamins supplements are not stored or used in your body the same way that vitamins and nutrients are from fresh foods…You really need to start eating a LOT better. Do you like to cook at all? Cooking your own foods can make a big difference in how adventurous you are with eating. Or go out and try a lot of different cultural foods. You are missing out on protein if you don’t like any type of beans and eggs – do you like soy or tofu? Protein is a major building block in your overall health, I also suggest you get some books on veggie-ism from your local library and some veggie cook books – you desperately need to broaden your dietary horizons!
It’s very important also to get fresh veggies and fruit into your diet – again, be adventerous and start trying new things and different ways to prepare them. Whole grains are important too…whole grain breads, wraps, wild rice, quinoa, …there are a ton of options out there.
Heyy I’m a vegetarian too. I only started a few days ago but I love it! Ok heres some good foods, and if you don’t like them, maybe you could warm up to them:
Salads!
Tofu is acutally really good!
Rice
You can get fake meat (boca burgers, etc. they’re actually really good)
You should also probably get a big jar of Vitamin C tablets they’re orange and taste really good I eat them all the time just for the taste!
I’m not sure about other vitamins I know there a more ask your doctor for more!
Picky doesn’t go well with vegetarianism!
If you don’t get a balanced vegetarian diet, you’lle have to go back to eating meat!
You really should have read up on how to live as a vegetarian, before venturing into the lifestyle
