Today i have ate pretty unhealthy because its my last day before i diet. I am eating pizza for dinner and i ate a turkey sandwich, a sweet roll, fruit loops cereal, and a donut. Also 1/4 of a Herseys chocolate bar. (I know its very bad but i did workout for 3 hours today and its my last day before my diet.)
Is that ok if i am starting my diet tomorrow and im going to eat healthy food.
Is it okay if I ate unhealthy today since I am starting my diet tomorrow?

Diets don’t work they end up having you think like that. To lose weight you need to change your lifestyle.
Try and eat around 1400 – 1600 calories a day. Also try and eat 5 – 6, 100 – 200 calorie meals a day and make up those calories with fruits, veggies, and proteins!

The problem with this age-old diet trick of "starting tomorrow" is that you end up doing major damage by binging on the foods that you are obviously going to be banishing from your new diet. This is going to set you up for failure.

Yes live it up until tomorrow then do weight watchers it truly works if you follow the points system. You can eat a wide range of foods and feel full. It emphasizes good high fiber low fat choices. You can eat whatever you want however as long as you eat the correct number of points each day.
