Is it okay to eat rye toast for a snack and is it bad to have so many carbs to eat like 3 pieces? I am trying to watch what I eat and be healthy,but ever since I started eating breakfast I love Jewish Rye toast!

Also,is it okay to eat a lot of fruit as a snack before bed without working it off?

Btw,I am skinny and I just love food,but I just want to make sure what I put in my body is good for me and whatever fats I put into my body are healthy. I heard Jewish Rye was good for you.
