I do v-ball conditioning 3 hours a day, everyday.
Breakfast:
-1 bowl of Puffins Cinnamon cereal w/ 1 cup milk
-1 apple
-Slice of toast with butter
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner:
~2 cups of spaggheti
~3 cups ceaser salad
~2 cups eggplant parmasean (eggplant, cheese, tomato sauce cassorole basically)
Dessert :
1 big slice rich chocolate cake with whipped cream
~1 1/2 cups ben and jerrys chocolate ice cream
This is a lot of food for me. I was wondering if I would gain weight because of the cake/ice cream?Should I diet, or continue eating a lot (minus the sweets)?

I would say so. Athletes need more food because of their activity level. So I would suggest eating a bigger snack/lunch between your breakfast and dinner, because that’s a little while to go on just an apple. You can eat the sweets, but maybe mix it up and have a fruit salad instead sometimes or something healthier for you.
i hope thats not the only things ur eating every day, u need to mix it up a little to be healthy
