heres the details… im 6`5 200 lbs
i train 3 hours a night 4 days a week, im a kick boxer pretty intense work outs too… VERY intense most of the time
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, 1 banana, 1 glass of OJ
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich ( 1 full can ) 2 tblspns relish, lil mustard, and a glass of OJ and a Bannana
i usually eat breakfast around 8 or 9 o clock.. work untill… 1 ish 2 ish, have lunch… school, then go to the gym for 3 hours, get home around 10- 10:30… so my dinner isnt usually very much… ill have an apple before bed or something…
with this diet, and excersise… im loosing some weight.. my 6 pack is showin up , etc etc, but my luv handles arent going away… and i do know how to work my abs and obliques… tips??
im going to get some whey…. what are complex carbs>?? list some foods pls!

You’re not eating enough protein or complex carbs.
Someone 200 pounds needs at least 120 grams of protein a day to build muscle–more for intense workouts. That diet you listed will give you about 60 grams at most. I don’t see any vegetables, either.
