How much weight do I have to lose to lose two to three inches off of my waist and two to three inches of my hips? I’m only fourteen so I can’t buy any videos or equipment, I can’t do anything with weights, but since summer is coming, I can do more diets (like the 3 hour diet). Also, how do I lose weight on my arms and tone them so they’re smaller?

I have six weeks, maximum, but time isn’t an issue for me. I just need to know how much weight to lose.
