So I just ordered a bottle of the healthe trim diet pills, and I bought a ab lounge and I am starting to drink plenty of water and watching what I eat.
Has anyone else tried these diet pills and how were your results?
You are suppose to take 1-2 pills in the morning on an empty stomach, and eat lunch 3 hours later and then your dinner.
Here is what I plan to do so tell me what you think
Take the 1-2 pills in the morning(first I will start off with just one a day then I will up it to the 2 a day), Drink lots of water all morning.
Lunch,will be light things like salads or tuna and stuff like that
Dinner will be normal but healthier (NO FRIED FOODS)
I am not much for soda but love my sweet tea so I will try my best to cut down on that.

there are no magic pills to make you skinny. your best bet is to use the money spent on the pills and go to a gym. eat smaller portions of healthier food and take your workout very seriously. no skipping. don’t weigh yourself either, it just makes you easily frustrated. good luck
most important thing is to do this naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..
eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .
if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.

I think you’re on the right track. I haven’t had any personal experience with healthe trim pills but you’re best bet is to try it out and see how it works out for you. Just make sure to be consistent with everything else you’re doing to verify if it’s the pills helping you or something else. Ex. diet, exercise, amount of sleep you get.
Keep drinking a lot of water. Drink a glass of water also before you eat your lunch and dinner, to prevent you from over eating. Salads, Tuna, chicken for lunch is perfect. Make sure to monitor your portions though and keep a journal of what you eat everyday. To help you be more aware of what you’re eating and keep track of your progression. Get enough sleep every night and try not to eat anything heavy close to bed time.
Lastly, along with you’re ab lounge make sure to do some sort of cardio. Doing the ab lounge alone will not help you lose weight and get a flat stomach. Everyone has abs underneath the fat that covers it. You need to remove that fat first to show your abs. Best way to get rid of that extra layer is to do cardio for at least 30 mins a day. Walking around the block at a high pace, getting you’re heart rate up and break a sweat is what you need to do, to get you on the right track to lose weight and get ready for summer.
