I am upset because I was loosing weight fast, I went from 156-134 in 4 months but now I can’t seem to loose weight anymore. I love eating chocolate and cookies and cereal (which I eat the 90 calories cookies and all bran cereal) but I need to loose ten pounds more. Can anyone tell me what someone like me, that likes munching on sweets, can do to start munching healthier and loose weight? I eat All Bran with yogurt bites cereal at night when I get the urge to munch. I also want to replace my diet coke when I eat lunch but I can’t drink water with dinner is there anything else that is good for me, I need some sort of flavor. o
What healthy food would you recommend to replace sweets?

congrats on the huge weight loss !
one thing that i like to eat when craving something sweet is strawberries dipped in dark chocolate (: or even apple slices dipped in yogurt with some cinnamon is good too.
as far as the drink goes, i suggest those little crystal light packets. they come in a lot of different flavors. my favorite is peach tea.

apple juice, peanut butter cracker, oranges, apples, PB&J, water with those flavor packets, animal crackers, and cheerios.
go to a healthy store such as earth fare or greenlife and look at the granola. it will calm your sweet tooth while providing nutrients and being low in fat

I love snacking on berries like strawberries and raspberries. Even grapes. You could have some concentrated ‘no added sugar’ fruit juice to drink
