I am upset because I was loosing weight fast, I went from 156-134 in 4 months but now I can’t seem to loose weight anymore. I love eating chocolate and cookies and cereal (which I eat the 90 calories cookies and all bran cereal) but I need to loose ten pounds more. Can anyone tell me what someone like me, that likes munching on sweets, can do to start munching healthier and loose weight? I eat All Bran with yogurt bites cereal at night when I get the urge to munch. I also want to replace my diet coke when I eat lunch but I can’t drink water with dinner is there anything else that is good for me, I need some sort of flavor. o
