I know I know I know…WATER. I love water, but its boring and has no taste. I can only have water when I am exercising, if not, I cannot drink it. I am currently drinking diet lipton green team with citrus. I like it but I don’t know if this is that great for you and if it will help lose weight.
I need a drink that tastes pretty good, that is good for you. I eat right and exercise.

Well, there is this product called crystal light. I’m not sure if you have heard of it, but its basically this substance and you put it into your water, and it flavors it like cool aid. And the best part is it comes in different flavors and has like 30 calories. I use this when I’m tired of water. Check it out.

Special K protein water. It’s supposed to help you feel full so you don’t get hungry.

Buy some from the store that you make yourself and sweeten it with honey, and lemon for flavor.

juices that are 100% juice are good for you and taste good. also milk is important. my favorite healthy things to drink are smoothies. but make sure they are all fruit

gatorade is good for you and tastes good, there is also vitamin water that has vitamins and tastes good

get a juicer. then you can make your own fruit or vegetable juices without preservatives, extra sugar and other additives. its very healthy and low cal
try some chocolate syrup.
try Coca-Cola Zero , It’s tasty and good and diet
bora bora brew! it’s ginger ale, pineapple juice and a little bit of grenadine! Not super healthy…but it isn’t too bad!

You have lots of choices. Try lemon in your water, or Crystal Light mix. Both have 0 calories and promote your water consumption.
Make your own green tea or black tea and use sweetener instead of sugar it is way cheaper than buying Lipton.
Try crystal light. It has 5 calories and it tastes really good. You can even get the singles packets and mix it in with a bottle of water.
there is a drink that is a fruit smoothie type drink full of vegetables and fruits and minerals and vitamins that is very good for you the brand name is called NAKED, because its just naked fruit and veggies nothing else and it tastes delicious
they stopped selling this in our city but u can try snapple diet kickin lime green tea–its fresh n doesnt taste like tea. i put rasberries n kiwis in mine.
i also like blending ice fruit (watermelon/canalopes) n makin icecubes to put in fruit waters
ya its vitamin water or just water it self is good for a drink and don’t eat junk food but not eating can hurt you. I would not eat any junk food or soda
Diet soda – Doesn’t taste the same but it does have some taste!
Green tea – studies have shown people who drink green tea lose more weight along their stomache, and it’s 0 calories (if you just add water) and tastes great!
Special K20 water – low cal and pretty tasteful
Smoothies – I make them myself. Low (ish) calorie and full of good for you things! You just add one container of Light and Fit yogurt (any flavor), one banana, as many strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, or any other fruit as you want and ice! I think they’re delicious, and you get tons of fruit, too!

Water with Lemon juice no Sugar
It is not a question of what YOU want/ need. Grow up and drink the water naturally, not flavored. Flavored drinks will not help you lose weight. Neither will green tea, besides it has more caffeine in it than coffee.

If you like tea, many of them have tremendous health benefits besides green teas. White teas and red teas like the South African Rooibos are excellent choices. Gourmet teas can add a nice lift to any diet. You should also try Oolong tea in particular, famed for its weightloss and fat reduction properties. It is a great choice to compliment your diet, add flavor and lift your spirits. I love these teas and hope you do as well.
I would try Vitimwater. It tastes really good and it doesn’t have a lot of calories, plus it’s healthy. If you are looking for something that fills you up I would suggest the Special-K Protein Water.
All of these things are good for you: Kombucha (an acquired taste but I think it tastes good), fresh young coconut water, fresh fruit and/or vegetable juice
