I’m somewhere around 5′8" but not sure, more likely the taller side of that. I currently weigh 130 pounds and on a bad day 132. I don’t want to starve myself, because I honestly love eating, and since I don’t really need to lose the weight I would definitely prefer healthy loss.
Each day I eat a small breakfast, usually with tea.(no meat) Lunch I eat a lot at(ditto the meat thing), usually I have a lot of pasta or rice and maybe a salad. I often eat snacks that are like just crackers in between those meals. Dinner I will eat some meat and less than lunch but more than breakfast, probably almost a full plate of food. Around dinner a lot of the time I will eat some chips or junk food as a snack or a buttered bagel half.
I know I should cut down on pasta ( D: ) and buttery foods, but what else? And is it smart to eat small snacks because I’ve heard that can help you burn more calories.
I also do 40 sit ups and 15 push ups daily, anything else I could add to that as calorie burning would be great, but I don’t know which would help most.
