for breakfast a really good thing to eat is just plain old regular oatmeal with either honey or plain yogurt with berries or nuts…
for lunch a nice spinach salad.. light balsamic vinaigrette.. maybe some grilled chicken with some type of low fat cheese.
Dinner you could have grilled fish… with some steamed carrots and broccoli.
During the day you could have some type of sliced fruit or granola bar for a snack.

i don’t know a recipe but a great snack is a piece of celery with some peanut butter on it but not too much, however exercising is the best way to lose weight if that’s what you’re going for
Snack on vegetables, not fruit.
Fruit contains a lot of sugar, and even though it’s "healthy" sugar, it’s still sugar. Excess sugar leads to fat in the belly area.
Bake a turkey. remove the fat under the skin.(skin itself is collagen and not fatty) slice turkey meat and serve with wheat bread, lettuce, carrot slices, and tomato.
1 turkey makes roughly 20 thin sandwiches, 10 thick ones or 2 jughead jones sandwich. take 2-4 thin sandwiches a meal.
supplimet with a different fruit every meal. (take a apple one meal, a pear another, a bananna another ect.)
every other day take a fish dish for iodine or something with seaweed.
(no crayfish,squid shellfish please.)
The thing to keep in mind when dieting is to change the way you eat buy don’t cut out everything you love. When dieting make sure you rat those candy bars and drink a soda now and then just cut back: only eat half a candy bar or one soda a day. You want to start gradually or you will hate it and give up. If you completely cut out your favorite unhealthy foods you will end up gorging yourself with it and give up. Salad is
always a good choice. There are many different ways to make salad so you won’t tire of it easily. Also, wheat instead
of white bread and be sure to drink plenty of water. "Water
weight” is when your body retains water because you don’t
consume very much water. Your body will store the water so
you don’t get dehydrated. Another tip to losing weight is to
eat smaller meals more often. This way your metabolism
doesn’t have time to slow down until you sleep at night. It’s
hard at first but eventually it will be a no-brainer for you to
eat three meals a day and snack two hours after each meal.
Ideally you should eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going. Good luck!
