I have been having fruit smoothies for breakfast which is great becuase I can sip it throughout the morning and not get a craving for food until lunch. However now that the temperature is getting cooler I’m finding that I’m much less inclined to choose a smoothie as I’d rather start my day with soemthing warm. I’ve looked online but can’t seem to find any warm breakfast drinks that are healthy so if you have any recipes to share I would be very greatful. Thanks!!
