According to an article in a magazine that I read, its really good for you. But I want to know if anyone has tried it. Thanks
It said to eat mainly fresh foods and organic stuff.
Oh yes I forgot to mention that I will be exercising.
So then, would I have to eat the amount of calories my body needs and exercise and thats all?

If you attempt to lose weight by dieting alone, as much as 25% of the weight you lose will be lean body tissue, which includes muscles that give your body shape and contour. So it is never appropriate to try to lose weight by diet alone. Exercise is important to help ensure that you only lose fat.
Your basal metabolic rate is how much calories your body uses just to perform basic functions like breathing, seeing, or thinking. Everybody’s metabolism is different. For some people a 1300 calorie diet is unhealthy and it’s not enough calories for their body to function healthy, but for others it would be just right.
everyone requires a different caloric intake based on their own BMR and lifestyle. there is nothing magical about 1,300 calories. for most it would be insufficient for fat loss.
