the one where you eat normal one day, and the next day you eat only fruit and no more than 400 calories.. and then the next day u eat normal again and so on.. does that work well?
i would like to lose 10 lbs within 2 weeks and im running about 3 miles a day, and doing weight training, everyday.

Yes, It does work. But take care not to eat too much on the days you dont diet…
