Everything healthy that you could have for breakfast doesn’t seem to keep me full. For example; if I had eggs, bacon, and toast that would probably keep me full, but wouldn’t be the best for my health. What are some healthy breakfast choices that keep you going?

Oatmeal with raisins!!!
Kellogs!! and if hungry still, eat a fruit. Healthy for you! =]
Smoothies are usualy really good – like, bananas, orange juice, strawberries, pretty much any combination of fruits.
Also i really like the quaker flavored oatmeal – especially cinnamon. 2 packets of those keep me really full, and it’s healthy
1 Cheerios w/2% milk and fresh-fruit.
2 Yogurt w/granola, bottled water, and fresh fruit.
3 Pears w/low calorie and low-fat cheese, 2% milk and bottled
water
Without a doubt, Quaker’s Old-Fashioned Oatmeal. That, with a piece of toast and glass of milk, will keep you going ’till lunchtime. My mother used to tell me it would "stick to my ribs". And I do believe it did.
drink a can of ensure or boost with your cheese omelet and multigrain toast with jam.

Chunky Applesauce
Nothing beats the taste of homemade applesauce and fixing it in the slow cooker couldn’t be easier. Serve it alone or spooned over warm gingerbread.

1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place apples, water, cinnamon and sugar in slow cooker. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or on high 3 to 4 hours.

That’s an easy one…it’s always a bowl of oatmeal. It really sticks with you!
Seriously, I recommend a bowl of Mini-Wheats with WHOLE MILK. The fat slows down the absorption of glucose into the blood stream from the small intestine.
Cereal, orange juice, and a banana.
Oatmeal
Granola cereal or granola bars
Fruit
Yogurt, add nuts or granola
there are many pills that you can get at any pharmacy without perscription that really curb your appetite, their healthy and really don’t have that many side effects, they hold your hunger for a while, not anything harmful
food with fiber will fill you up. they make whole grain bagels that have a lot of fiber in it. also frosted mini wheat are good as a snack. I bring a baggie to work to munch on. They make different flavors too. increasing fiber in your diet can also bring down cholesterol.
Any kind of whole grain hot cereal is a good choice. Oatmeal is great, but don’t forget about nine-grain! Viva nine-grain! (Red Mill is a good brand)
I eat oatmeal. But I eat it like cereal. I don’t cook it all the way; so the oats are still cruchy, then I pour in a bit of milk to cool down the oats, then I sprinkle it lightly with sugar for a bit of sweetness. I hear there’s a honey grapenuts..and that usually keeps me full. Finish that off with some orange juice…and I’m good. Granola bars might be good too.
I love cereal and fruit. But not together. I eat cereal first and then the fruit like dessert.
I also love bagels and cream cheese.
Both keep me full till lunch.

To make the glaze, heat the butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the molasses, brown sugar and vanilla. Serve warm spooned over pancakes.
