Hey, I was diagnosed with anorexia a month or so ago, and my nutritionist put me on a diet where I had to have a certain amount of a certain food group for every meal. For breakfast, I have to have 3 meats, meaning 3 ounces of meat. (I have to eat more than that too) So, my mom went out and bought me these omelett thingies. (We don’t have time in the morning during the week to eat a homecooked breakfast.) (we tried a lot of times tho)
And they’re Jimmy Dean, and each omelett has 250 calories, 170 from fat, and 770 mg of sodium. Also, it has a ton of cholesteral, 98% of wat youre supposed to have a day, and they also have 19 grams of fat in them. I’m only 13, so I shouldn’t be worring about cholesteral just yet. Oh, they were the ham and cheese omelett. I hate sausage and bacon tho.
What could be a lower calorie, healthier alternative that still gives me what I need?
(3 breads, 3 meats, 3 lipids)
(i also have to have milk and fruit, but I have to drink Boost as my milk.)

You DO need to think about cholesterol the buildup today is what kills you at 30-40
Go tell your nutritionist of what you plan on eating and the cholesterol and see what he/she says…
There is always time for breakfast go to bed 30 minutes earlier
if u are anorexic and trying to get over it quit worrying about calories that will make it worse. keep eating as much as u can and don’t worry about the healthy nothing is that unhealthy except snack foods.
2 serving of old fashoned oatmeal and a whey protein shake with milk works for me in the morning. 500 calories
and its super healthy. all the nutrients you need to start your day
I think your nutritionist is being way too strict. You should just be able to eat whatever you want that is healthy. I would say have a couple slices of toast with no butter. Sounds to me though you are still with your bad habit. 250 calories is not a lot. You are very obsessed with calorie counting. You need to just stop that and eat normal healthy things like veggies, fruits and lean meats. I think you need to go to counseling more. I thought 500 calories was low enough for breakfast. You need help in the head.
