yah but you also need protein so maybe a yogurt or cottage cheese
It’s a good start, but you need some protein. Scramble two eggs and maybe wash it all down with a glass of milk.

mandarine oranges are not healthy breakfast i mean you can eat them after you breakfast as desert……. healthy breakfast is 1 or two waterpoiled egg one tosted bread with cream or peanut butter or jam….with hot sweet tea or as you like but do not afraid to be fat thats just a healthy breakfast……..the orange mandarines can increase acid in your stomach and low blood hymoglabine?????????
It’s not very big and fruit doesn’t fill you up for very long. Add some protein, like eggs (I think the person above me said this). If you’re cholesterol conscious, take the yolks out. And put a piece of wheat bread in the toaster and put some raw honey on top.
