so im trying to lose 20 lbs. and eat healthier. but i HATE vegetables. like even if i force myself to eat it, i gag on it. i like alot of fruits and stuff but everyone says i need veggies. i was thinking of detox, but after that, then what? or maybe drop the meats… but then i cant eat fruits all day everyday…can i?
please helppp.

well, exercise an hour a day and that will definitely help you lose weight fast if you work hard.
also, i should warn you that lots of people find it easier to lose weight when they eat all healthy food types, including veggies. i hate all veggies, except for the V8 V fusion juice. it tastes like fruit juice but has veggies in it

this site will tell you the value of eating meats as opposed to eating all the junk you like best.
If you will read the entire site, you will be a much wiser person.
You can still eat whatever you please and still lose weight. The problem is with most food, we don’t know when to stop eating. Just eat in moderation, DON’T EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL! Just eat until you are not hungry anymore (4-5 SMALL meals a day). Since you like fruits a lot, when you have a meal, make your largest serving of your fruit, second largest is the meat (LEAN meat), then the smallest would be of the carbohydrates (bread products) But still in smaller servings than you would normally eat, just enough to where you can eat ALL of it but not quite full yet. This way your body doesn’t try to take everything out of the one meal thruout the time you are full. Your body will be in continuous working, which will keep you energized throughout the day.
Cardio is VERY important to lose weight, try jogging or powerwalking at least 20-45 minutes a day! Bike riding works too but should be done longer since it doesnt use the whole body to move.
Drink plenty of water!

Drinking water and eating air
Eggs have a lot of protein and are pretty common when people are dieting. Meats and fish are also a great source of protein and are commonly used in the Atkins Diet. (but they have to be grilled not fried). I wrote an article on how to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks but you’d have to skip the salads since you dont like veggies. Its worked for me, but you have to keep up the healthy eating afterwards so you dont gain it back:

Also, remember not to overeat when you go to restaurants, that’s one of the hardest parts. I wrote another article for Prevention Magazine on that if you’re interested as well:
