Last year, I lost weight on my own and it took me a long time to drop 15 lbs…I heard losing 2-3 lbs is still healthy ,right? I don’t want to just settle for 1 pound a week like last time.

But, how do you go up to losing 2 pounds a week. I’m 5′5 and about 125. I want to be about 115…

Last time I lost weight, I worked out on an empty stomach, watched my calorie intake (ate from 1200-1500)..had a cheat day every 9 days to boost up metabolism…what else can I do?

Do those weight loss programs work like Jenny Craig to help you lose weight faster? Doing it on my own was hard for me.

What else should I eat..should I completely avoid certain things, even if they fit in with the amount of calories I eat per day..
If you detox like that, don’t you put on that weight back right away after you start eating normally?

Isn’t it just 6 pounds of water and not actually fat?
