Looks good….however, it is really important to consume at least 200 calories, particularly carbs, 30 minutes prior to your workout in order to have energy especially in the morning if you have been sleeping all night. After working out, the best time to utilize nutrients is within 30 minutes after working out. Your bkfst looks good, however, I would eliminate the OJ, as it would be more nutritious to eat whole foods, rather than sugar filled juices.
You should workout at least an hour after your breakfast.
That sounds like a good breaky.
I know that porridge (oats) is really good cos its low GI (keeps you full longer) and very good for you in lots of ways. (lowers cholesterol, high in fibre, low fat, low salt, no additives)
