Okay so I need to lose weight but i want to know if i can do anything to lose all the fat fast. I know i need to start running and I’m going to start tomorrow early in the morning but I don’t know what else to do! I don’t have a gym.. they usually cost money and I’m only 14, otherwise if I did have access to a gym i would be on the treadmill or something. I know i also have to eat healthy and I’m going to keep trying to do that and drink alot of water but isn’t there something else i can do to lose the weight?

I want to lose as much as possible in 3 weeks, so please help me out! What else can i do?? And please no one say ‘play sports’ i have no one to play sports with -__-
