Okay so I need to lose weight but i want to know if i can do anything to lose all the fat fast. I know i need to start running and I’m going to start tomorrow early in the morning but I don’t know what else to do! I don’t have a gym.. they usually cost money and I’m only 14, otherwise if I did have access to a gym i would be on the treadmill or something. I know i also have to eat healthy and I’m going to keep trying to do that and drink alot of water but isn’t there something else i can do to lose the weight?
I want to lose as much as possible in 3 weeks, so please help me out! What else can i do?? And please no one say ‘play sports’ i have no one to play sports with -__-

you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;
You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
Pretty soon your friends will be asking you for advice!

do pushups as many as you can till faliure…. do leg lifts, do crunches then in two weeks go to body building.com to get new ab exs bc after two weeks they will not longer be effective you will hit a plateau…. go to youtube to check your crunches and leg lift form. oh n in two weeks do pushups slow 123 up 123down
