I’ve tried about every friggin diet in the books as we speak. I either get too bored or distracted. I’ve been told by many that if you do a fruit fast for 3 to 5 days a month, it can speed up the process of weight loss. Is this true? If so, what’s the proper way of doing it? I googled the info, but I want to see if this has worked with real live people. Thanks for reading.

never ever trust fad diets at any situation…change your lifestyle for good and include enough lean proteins in your diet…
i supose it would help you loose wight but you’r body needs more than fruit and veg and you cant live of it forever,so when yuo do start eating other foods you will put the weight back on.
I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
take a multivitamin at night
The best diet to lose weight is high lean protein, high veggies, fruit, low carbs, low fat and exercise.
