I’ve tried about every friggin diet in the books as we speak. I either get too bored or distracted. I’ve been told by many that if you do a fruit fast for 3 to 5 days a month, it can speed up the process of weight loss. Is this true? If so, what’s the proper way of doing it? I googled the info, but I want to see if this has worked with real live people. Thanks for reading.
