So I have been trying to lose weight and it’s been working some.
But i’m looking for a new fun way to lose it, too.
I need to lose fast. Like 5 lbs. a 7-day week. Please don’t tell
me it’s not healthy, i know. Just tell me tips, what to and what not to eat. What are some good fun excercises. Etc.
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED! I need to know soon!
