I have a box of low fat, whole wheat frozen waffles in my freezer. I want to incorporate them into my breakfasts, but I need some ideas. I like breakfast to be around 300-350 calories and two of these waffles are 140 calories. I tend to stray away from syrup because it contains too much simple sugar and too many calories. I need some protein in my breakfast too, but I don’t eat meat or eggs.
What are some healthy breakfast ideas/toppings for frozen waffles?

You can try low calorie protein bars as a side. Luna Bars have around 180 calories. I personally love them.

just strawberries is really good or you could do something with toast and peanut butter maybe bananas to that’s some protein you could also make your own granola that’s what i do and its really good you can put all sorts in it also if you can bake or cook you can make your own sweet breads like banana bread or zucchini bread or muffins and you can substitute apple sauce for oil and other fats
