I have a box of low fat, whole wheat frozen waffles in my freezer. I want to incorporate them into my breakfasts, but I need some ideas. I like breakfast to be around 300-350 calories and two of these waffles are 140 calories. I tend to stray away from syrup because it contains too much simple sugar and too many calories. I need some protein in my breakfast too, but I don’t eat meat or eggs.
