I would like to give this a go, but i wouldn’t want to lose much weight as im slim enough as it is! Would this fast make me look healthier? i wouldnt want to look even slimmer and unhealthy.

I feel that my body really needs to have some sort of change through diet and exercise.. and hope that this short fast can give me a boost. I suffer from anxiety, depressive episodes and ibs.. therefore i need to do something! i really feel that my moods can improve if my physical health does.

Any tips on this fast would be much appreciated, such as what kind of fruits to eat and what to eat when breaking the fast. Can i eat nuts? should i add vegetables?
