I have a very busy schedule with working two jobs and going to school full time. I am trying to find get back in shape and I was just wondering if anyone knew a good healthy breakfast I can have without having too cook? Or at least a breakfast I can cook at the beginning of each week so I can just grab it and eat it on my way to work?

When I was in university I used to buy a lot of whole grain cereal bars and have 2 every morning. You can check the label to get a high fiber and low sugar one.
Whole grain, all-natural cereal (i.e., Kashi, Cheerios; Anything without processed grains, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial colors and artificial flavors and artificial preservatives), with organic soy milk.
Also, Hodgston Mills makes a good, cheap whole grain pancake mix. If you can make pancakes or waffles, make a large batch when you have a block of time and freeze them and stick them in the toaster in the morning. Spread some Smart Balance and/or all natural jelly on them and take and eat.
I’m in the same boat. A good quick one is a cup of yogurt mixed with either Kashi or a no-sugar Musli-type cereal. If you want to get the protein going first thing I would suggest getting something like ‘egg-beaters’ (liquid egg whites). You can also get round ‘guards’ that you put in a frying pan (they sell them at camping stores actually). Just put the loop in the frying pan, turn it on, pour a little liquefied egg whites in it, and wait 5 minutes. You should try to start your day though with a bit of protein and a bit of carbs — whole wheat toast maybe (no butter tho). Good luck!
what about instant oatmeal, yogurt and a piece of fruit.it tastes amazing and it’s so filling
