get a box of fiber one cereal and have it every other morning with fruit. banana, berries or this morning i sliced peach into it. other mornings try an egg with a slice of cheese on toast.

you probably already know that you should eat healthy things like salads and maybe non creamy soups for lunch....

or i get Carnation instant breakfast and put it in the blender with vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit. fast healthy and yummy

For breakfast have a bowl of cereal or a wheat bagle with light cream.

For lunch have subway(Turkey or ham).Or you could have a sandwich with wheat bread. Not that bad after you try it.

It really works.And for dinner,eat a salad(Chicken)

For snacks:Try granolas or 100 calorie snacks.

IT WORKED FOR ME!!!!

Dr. Oz has a great energizing breakfast recipe I love... 1-1/2 cups fat-free plain greek yogurt (make sure it's greek yogurt, it's loaded with protein and is creamier), and throw in unlimited berries and 20 almonds or walnut halves. I think that's around 600 calories, I usually halve that recipe. I throw vanilla flavor and a little stevia or truvia packet in there too.
