i am 13 yrs old and im 5′4, 155 pounds. when i go into 8th grade i was going to start eating fruit and yogurt in the mornings and lean cuisine for dinner. but what about lunch at school? i dont wanna bring like a lean cuisine to school thats just weird lol. so what would be a healthy lunch? i really wanna lose as much weight as possible for highschool. i would love to be 120 again but i dont know any good ways to change my diet that will work good. if theres any other diet ideas please let me know. i will be getting the exercise from p.e. also if that helps. and then the summer before my freshman year i will just keep the same diet. thanks

i think its okay if you eat lunch, you just don’t want to eat "excess" food. make sure you grab fruit & vegetables for sure, though.
you may want to incorporate more water into your diet & stay away from soda.
also in the summer try to do some "work outs" it will only take about fifteen minutes out of your day.
the work outs in seventeen magazine are actually very helpful.:]

Don’t just rely on Lean Cuisine for dinner. You can have other things. I’m 14 and I eat Lean Cuisin, but not every night for dinner. A great site that have nice food, and makes you lose weight is weight watchers. Its this site that give you recipes and the recipes help you go down on weight. I’ve never tried it, but my did. She said she lost 2-3 pounds. And their recipes sounds delicious! And there are soooo many options. So thats something that you can pack in your lunch. And it would look like your probably trying to lose weight bringing Lean Cuisine to school. Trust me. I was drinking a diet soda, and all of a sudden people thought that I was trying to lose weight. And since your excersising from gym/p.e you’ll lose weight pretty quick.
(a fameous singer named jennifer hudson tried weight watchers, and she totally lost weight. she used to be fat, know she’s skinny.)
i can help you with the lunch part. my site has lots of ideas and everything has nutrition info and a picture. shoot for foods high in protein and fiber and have fun with packing your lunch.

why lean cuisine for dinner? sure sometimes that’s ok but shoot for fruits and veggies and meals that are simple to prepare at home. they’ll not only help you learn to cook (if you don’t already) but you’ll get satisfaction from the volume of food if you have lots of veggies. in my area we have wegmans as a supermarket – they advocate 1/2 your plate being veggies and fruit and the other half being other stuff. we load up on vegetables in our family – no one can overeat broccoli really – and then have small portions of meat and other things. good luck – i know you can do it!
