i am 13 yrs old and im 5′4, 155 pounds. when i go into 8th grade i was going to start eating fruit and yogurt in the mornings and lean cuisine for dinner. but what about lunch at school? i dont wanna bring like a lean cuisine to school thats just weird lol. so what would be a healthy lunch? i really wanna lose as much weight as possible for highschool. i would love to be 120 again but i dont know any good ways to change my diet that will work good. if theres any other diet ideas please let me know. i will be getting the exercise from p.e. also if that helps. and then the summer before my freshman year i will just keep the same diet. thanks
