I’m a 19 year old guy. 5′7 and weigh 187, with about 18% body fat. I’m looking to get to 165-170lbs and about 7-10% body fat
Here is my diet plan: 2-3 hours apart (about 2100 cal)
Breakfast:usually 2 scrambled eggs with tomatoes.
snack1:apple and a banana
lunch: chicken, fish, or turkey sandwich
snack2: about 40 almonds
