Water (1 8oz glass an hour)
Milk
Egg whites
Fruits or veggies with every meal
Lean meats (lean chicken, lean beef, etc.) every day
Also to include in the diet:
Turkey

Tuna
Beans
Pasta
Potatoes
Bread (except white bread)
Brown rice
Yogurts
Oatmeal
Avocados
Protein bars
