So this is my diet plan…
Oatmeal for breakfast then fruits for the rest of the day. But only 1 kind of fruit per day (not 1 piece of fruit, 1 kind). No sodas, no junk food.

I’m looking for low calories, low-fat breakfast foods because I’m trying to lose weight the right way. Specifically, I want:
1) Something quick because I don’t like mornings or breakfast.
2) No fruit (allergic).
