I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a good weight gain diet:
3046 calories a day (6 meals every 2-3 hours)
Grams per meal: carbs 59g, protein 29.8g, fat 16.8g.
Grams per day: carbs 354g, protein 179g, fat 101g.
