I exercise a lot: I play tennis 5 out of 7 days, 3 hours a day. I also do 10 minutes of strength training before I go to bed every other day.

This summer, I’ve set my goal to slim down a bit. Currently, I weight about 167 lbs. My goal to reach by the end of summer is around 145-150.

breakfast: grape nuts cereal w/ water & an apple.
lunch: small turkey wraps, with lettuce & mayo.. and like 2 carrot sticks.
dinner: 2 bowls of honey nut cheerios w/ water & a pear.
will i gain weight from this? is this all good for someone trying to lose or stay the same weight?
