heres the details… im 6`5 200 lbs
i train 3 hours a night 4 days a week, im a kick boxer pretty intense work outs too… VERY intense most of the time
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, 1 banana, 1 glass of OJ
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich ( 1 full can ) 2 tblspns relish, lil mustard, [...]
