Lunch: A meat with sauce and veggies.

aside from the obvious, what are some things you eat when you are dieting?
i know, fresh fruits and veggies, salads, low-fat etc. but what are your go-to snacks and or meals when you are trying to lose weight?
ex. i really love ‘cook and serve’ sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding. i also like to make a low fat, high fiber verion of tuna noodle casserole.
