Will I gain weight if my diet consists of sandwiches and tea?
I eat about 4 sandwiches a day, usually turkey and cheese, sometimes ham. I don’t use mayonnaise or mustard, just meat and cheese on wheat, and I only drink hot tea with it, but the tea I drink every 2/3 hours, sometimes more. Can I gain weight by keeping this up?
