I’m at a crossroads here. I’m a 23 year old male. 5′7 and weigh 185, with about 19% body fat. I’m looking to get to 165-175lbs and about 9-12% body fat
Here is my diet plan: 2-3 hours apart (small meals) (about 2000 cal)
Breakfast:usually 2 scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

Is this considered a good diet for a teenager who is pretty active? I have dance for 2-3 hours on mondays, I try to walk for about half an hour twice a week, and I sometimes have dance for another hour on saturdays.
