i want to lose 10-15 lbs, will this diet/ exercise routine:
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ cinnamon sugar, 60-calorie yogurt
Lunch: salad w/ egg whites or tuna chunks and italian dressing OR peanut butter on crackers (5)
Snack: popcorn or a piece of fruit (like an apple or pear)
Dinner: lean protein w/ veggies
